Arvella Iva (Waters) Brown, 80, died March 21, 1993, at Burien Terrace Nursing Center in Seattle.
She was a member of Grafton Methodist church.
Born in Calhoun county May 10, 1912, she was a daughter of the late Charlie & Ivy (McDonald) Waters.
She married Bennett William Brown in Grafton, and he died March 10, 1988.
Surviving are 2 sons, Gordon Brown of Oaklawn and Gary Brown of Chehalis, WA; 1 Daughter, Jennie Lee Souders of Belleville; 8 grandchildren; and 17 g-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
A memorial service was held Apr. 4 at St. Matthew United Methodist church, 1200 Moreland Drive, Belleville. Rev Robert Souders officiated. Memorials may be given to the church. Yarington funeral home of Seattle was in charge of arrangements.
