Charles A. Drury II, 87, formerly of Calhoun County, died February 16, at Jersey Community hospital.
A retired farmer, he was born in Sangamon County, son of the late Charles A. & Mary Lou (Henderson) Drury I.
His first wife, Louise (Biship) Drury, died July 8, 1956.
On October 9, 1963, he married Sadie (Fiedler), in Jerseyville and she survives.
Also surviving are 1 son, Charles A. Drury III of Stover, Missouri; 1 Stepson, Russell Jennings of Fraser, CO; 4 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Elbert Drury of San Diego, California, and Thomas Drury of Versailles, Missouri; and 2 sisters, Marie Royer of Virden and Lucille Lafevere of Cal.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Visitation and service were held at Gubser Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Rev. James Pepper officiated and burial was in Oak Grove.
