Alta Naomi Kroeschel, 96, of Jerseyville, died on 15 November at Garnet's Chateau Nursing Home in Jerseyville.
She was born on 9 September 1891 in Calhoun County to the late James and Josephine (Presley) Plummer.
She married John Henry Kroeschel; he died in 1942.
Survivors include sons: Charles of Jerseyville, Raymond of East Alton and John of New Salem; seven grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 18 great great grandchildren.
Visitation and the funeral were at Jacoby Brothers Funeral Home in Jerseyville with the Rev. Clyde Myers officiating. Burial was in Hardin cemetery.
