Funeral mass for Mrs. Louise Mossman, 81, 319 E. Prairie St., Jerseyville will be celebrated at 10:30 am. February 20 at St. Mary's church in Brussels with the Rev. Louis Schlangen and the Rev. Patrick Morrow concelebrants. Burial in the church cemetery. She died at 6 pm February 17 at St. Anthony's hospital in Alton.
Born in Calhoun County, she was the daughter of the late Henry M. and Elizabeth Keim Telkamp. Her survivors include her husband, Carl E. Mossman whom she married January 22, 1919; five daughters, Leola Held and Doris Tepen, Brussels, Lois Kiel, Meppen, Marietta Bates, Dow, Jean Rowlings, Grafton; three sons, Paul, Sullivan, Illinois, Richard, Jerseyville, Leland , Grand Island, Nebraska; 35 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
One son, Carl, Jr. preceded her in death.
Visitation after 2 Monday at Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm.
