Final services for Miss Laura P. Nott, 88, of 308 North State street, Jerseyville, were held Friday afternoon at Gubser Funeral Home with Rev. Everett Chambers of First Baptist church officiating. Her death occurred at 1:45 pm on March 7 at Calhoun Comprehensive Care Center. Interment was in Oak Grove cemetery.
A retired seamstress, she was born in Kansas 1 Feb, 1885, a daughter of Samuel and Ida Dodson Nott.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Olive Keehner and Miss Susan B. Nott of Jerseyville; and nephews.
Her parents and a sister, Nora May Eyman, preceded her in death.
