Logan L. Clendenny, 84, of Jerseyville, formerly a resident of North Calhoun county died in Alton Memorial hospital Friday, Dec. 13, 1968.
Mr. Clendenny was born at Mozier, Sept. 23, 1884, a son of the late James and Jane Clendenny. He was a member of the Eagles and IOOF Lodges at Jerseyville.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Opal Peterson of Woodridge, Ill.; a son, Bernard of Farmington, Ill.; a granddaughter and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Jacoby Bros. Funeral Home in Jerseyville by Rev. Lomb, Purcell and burial was in Summit Grove cemetery at Kampsville.
