Services for Glendon E. Ufer, 55, of Fieldon were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin by the Rev. Clyde Meyers. Burial was in the Hardin cemetery.
He died at 7:30 am, Nov. 8 at his residence.
The WWII veteran was born in Calhoun County, a son of the late Arthur and Gladys (O'Rourke) Ufer.
His survivors are his wife, the former Helen Joyce Kroeschel; 1 daughter, Susan Ufer of Fieldon; 6 Sons, Jerry of Hamburg, Jeffrey, Steven, Glen Jr., Douglas and Charles all of Fieldon; 2 grandchildren; 1 Sister, Evelyn Presley of Hardin and Shirley Dale of Fieldon; and 2 Brothers, Leland of Eldred and Arnold of Hardin.
